Interviewer Training

In order to be able to gather conclusive data, come up with worthwhile results, and draw meaningful conclusions, it is important to prepare our interviewers professionally.

By implementing standard ISO DIN 9001, every process withing Bambus International is carefully defined and controlled by the Human Ressource Department. Every interviewer is subjected to a recruitment processs and undergoes an aptitude test focusing primarily on language and communication skills. After interviewers pass the recruitment process successfully, they are briefed on the principles and main values in the area of marketing research. We also provide training in the areas of communication techniques and soft skills, as well as the obligatory trainings on ISO DIN 27001 data security and protection.

Each interviewer brings unique abilities, qualifications, and experiences to our team. That is why Bambus International classifies interviewers from the beginning into B2C or B2B research and provides them with project briefings. This way, our interviewers are equipped with the neccessary information to implement their projects efficiently and qualitatively.

Supervision

Our supervisors support and accompany our interviewers and ensure that their projects are implemented efficiently.

Quality and performance play an important role in achieving the desired results. Our supervisors collect data on quality and performance and steer projects through feedbac, planning, and close cooperation with our clients. They are our contact persons in the field who supply our partnerc and clients with the necessary information on project steering and conduct or adapt projects qickly and efficiently.

Monitoring

Permanent monitoring to ensure quality in data collection

Our supervising team has all technical abilities to follow our interviewers closely as they work in phone calls or in the field, thereby monitoring their communication, fair sampling, and qualitative interviewing. This continuous monitoring enables us to prepare individual reports for our employees and provide feedback to them. An added benefit of live monitoring is the improvement in the communication skills of our interviewers.

Evaluation

After every project, Bambus International gathers data on the performance and quality of our interviewers. This approach enables us to further develop our staff in the long term. The same applies to our individual projects, where we can use the data gathered on project implementation to better plan and implement future projects.
