One method is that of preparing and providing individual reports on the performance of our interviewers. Trainings and feedback training are also on the agenda. The Quality Department at Bambus Group provides the finishing touches before the completed tasks are handed over to our clients.

At Bambus Group, we insist that know-how knowledge and adaptability are required in order to be able to work successfully and to a high standard. Therefore, project-specific training is as important to us as project execution. During the first calls or contact with respondents, our employees are monitored directly at the workplace and later monitored remotely. All of our interviewers can be monitored anytime by our client as well, and Bambus Group is quick to respond to suggestions for improvement.

Standards for Quality

Up to standards

Bambus Group adheres to the “Standards of Quality assurance in Social and Market Research”. We also follows the principles of DIN ISO 20252 “Social and Market Research Services”, while planning to get certified for this standard in mid-2018.

Bambus Group has successfully implemented the ISO 9001 “Quality Management Systems” since February 2018.
